yahoo crashing

i can't seem to make this work. i'm using the newest version of yahoo 7.5. everytime i try to record a session memento asks me to name the file i choose a name and then it crashes and yahoo closes. sometimes it will get to the next step and ask me if i want to use file compression when i choose either don't compress or mpeg4 it still crashes. i've tried this on two different computers one being a fairly fresh xp install, they both crash. i've tried the suggestion in the forum for eliminating crashes and that doesn't work either. i'm frustrated. i did get it to work a while back with an older version of yahoo is that the problem.

| Same here... I guess you should always try before you buy (cuz I would not have). Yahoo will crash everytime you try to recored. I have tried it on 3 differemt computers & it is always the same thing. |
