closes messenger when recording

downloaded this program to record cam, when record is pressed asks for compression then crashes,
i used version 6 but after reading forum not tested with version 6 i have unistalled and installed version 5.6
once it recorded 10sec of video in very good quality
if it worked every time this is a program i would buy
WHEN IT WORKED IT WAS A VERY GOOD PROGRAM

Hi Jay,
Version 1.4.2 should work fine with Yahoo Messenger 6.0 and later.
If it's crashing Yahoo 6.0, send an email to support@bluejeansoftware.com and we can send you intructions for determining the source of the problem.
While it's rare, there are certain programs that interfere with Memento.
