Is the software compatible with windows xp sp2.
I get the following error when i click the icon Memento.exe
Your system clock appears to have been set back, possibly in an attempt to defeat the security system on this program. Please correct your system clock before trying to run this program again. If your clock is correct, please contact the author of this program for instructions on correcting this error (report code CCB-F)
I have two operating systems on my Laptop(On seperate hds). I have the correct time because i have tried to sync the time using the "Update Now" button in the clock menu

Hi,
Yes this is part of the software that senses the number of days that it has been used (the trial version expires after 15 days).
If you send an email to tech@bluejeansoftware.com we can generate a "clock fix" key that will fix this problem.

This error is caused by adjusting the system clock during the trial period (see post just above yours).
Send an email to tech@bluejeansoftware.com with "Report code CCB-F" in the subject line and we can send you a "clock fix" code that will allow the trial to continue.
