Memento causes Yahoo! Messenger to crash

| Hi. Memento LE v1.4.5causes YM 7,0,0,437 to crash. Is memento compatible with this YM version? Are there any workaround i can use? |

Hi mK,
Sorry to hear about the crashes.
We are aware of the problem and it has been corrected in version 2 (now in early beta test).
There are several suggestions on the forum you may want to try.
Start here and let me know how it goes.

Hello, thanks for the quick response.
By version 2, does that mean i need to pay again for an upgrade? I bought a license 2 days ago. Is there a v2 beta version i can use in the meantime? |

Most certainly NOT !
Once you purchase one of our products, you are licensed to for all future upgrades unless a considerable number of new features have been added. Then we will offer that product to prior licensees at a considerably lower cost.
There's no need to purchase the license (key # you recieved in a regnow email) for the two you purchased unless you wish to use it on yet a third computer.
We will start the open beta toward the end of this month. If you would like to partipate, please send an email to: tech@bluejeansoftware.com expressing you interest and describing the computer system you intend to use.
